SNWA Housing Club Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Agreement

By joining SNWA Housing Club and making the membership payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("Member") and SNWA Housing Club ("Company").

2. Membership Fee

• One-Time Fee: AUD 10.00 AUD (non-refundable)
• Payment Method: Processed securely via Stripe (credit/debit card)
• Currency: All fees are in AUD. International members may incur currency conversion fees from their bank.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

All membership fees are final and non-refundable, regardless of:

• Membership cancellation by the Member
• Non-usage of membership benefits
• Dissatisfaction with services
• Change of personal circumstances

Exceptions to this policy are strictly limited to cases where required by applicable law.

4. Automatic Renewal (If Applicable)

• For annual memberships: Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled at least 7 days before renewal.
• You authorize SNWA Housing Club to charge your payment method on file for renewal fees.

5. Membership Benefits

Members receive:

• Priority access to property listings
• Exclusive market insights
• Personalized property matching (subject to availability)

SNWA reserves the right to modify benefits with 30 days' notice.

6. Account Termination

SNWA may terminate membership immediately if:

• Fraudulent payment is detected
• Violation of these terms occurs
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other members

7. Limitation of Liability

SNWA is not responsible for:

• Property purchase decisions made by members
• Market fluctuations
• Third-party services recommended through the club

Maximum liability is limited to the membership fee paid.

8. Data Privacy

• Payment data is processed by Stripe and subject to their Privacy Policy
• Personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes must be:

1. First submitted via email to support@snwahousing.com
2. If unresolved, settled through binding arbitration in [Jurisdiction]

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of [State/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles.
